- Visit the official website of the State Bank of India Office 365 cloud portal at adfs.sbi.co.in.
- Enter your User ID and Password and Sign in.

- Note that every service that was available on the earlier SBI Office 365 portal is also available on SBI O 365.
Important Points to be considered
Below are some of the important points that you must consider in regards to the EMS.
- If you want to request for the activation of your account, it has to be raised through Admin or the EMS head of the IT department of the bank. Your account will be activated after 24 hours, post your approval of the application.
- The username and password that is shared with the employee is a one-time password. After the user has logged in for the first time, they will have to change the password.
- Note, that the password provided will be valid for up to 90 days. After 90 days the password will expire. If the password expires, that user will have to update the password of the account every 90 days.
- If the user forgets the login password, they will have to call the SBI Office 365 helpline to reset the login password. Also, if the user has entered the password 5 times, the user’s account will get locked for 30 minutes.
- Many people may change their DNS to alter the proxy settings, but DNS settings will block their access to login to the EMS.

- On your SBI office 365 login ems portal, click on the Change Your Password option.
- Next, you will get a small form to fill up the details for your new password.
- The password length should be between 8 to 16 characters.
- Additionally, there should be one uppercase, one special character, and the password should be alphanumeric.
